Spring Tulip cupcakes just in time for Easter

Spring has sprung, and that’s easy to see from these delectable looking tulip cupcakes, perfect for any spring time gathering, or also for Easter.

The tulips are made from tiny sugar cookies with colored icing. The buttercream frosting has lemon curd mixed in for a light refreshing flavor with a little tang to it, also so very perfect for spring. The cupcake itself is vanilla.

These lovely tulip cupcakes would also be very appropriate for a spring bridal shower. Heck, they’d be pretty terrific at a spring wedding too.
